Friday features a solid nine game slate with some healthy game totals. We have some pending injury news we are waiting for that could really shape the slate, but here is what we are working with tonight.

Trae Young ($9,100 DK / $9,600 FD) vs. Indiana Pacers

Really digging the price on Young tonight, especially on DraftKings. Squaring off against the Pacers might not be the best matchup, but the Hawks are six point home underdogs and if they want to pull off the upset, I am assuming Young will lead the charge.

He has been down and has only eclipsed the 60 fantasy point mark one time in his past five games but has been averaging 35.8 minutes per contest and scoring 1.25 fantasy point per minute. He also has a 32.57% usage rate over that time.

Young lit up the Pacers for 63 fantasy points back in November and I can see a path for him doing that again tonight.

Domantas Sabonis ($8,100 DK / $9,000 FD) at Atlanta Hawks

Flipping to the other side of the game, I might like Sabonis’ price even more! The Hawks have been pitiful against the front court this season (and every other position) and the Pacers big man has been on a roll as of late.

Over his past five games he racked up 47.45 fantasy points per game including 57 against the Clippers two games ago. Indiana has a 115 team implied total and get a 3.85 pace bump against Atlanta. I really like the idea of running Sabonis and Young in the same lineup.

Baseline Looks

Here are a few players and situations I will be keeping my eye that could be in good spots depending on how news breaks or players I will look into a little throughout the day.

Mike Scott ($3,000 DK / $3,600 FD) vs. New Orleans Pelicans – Scott dropped 23 points in 29 minutes last night as he got the start for an injured Al Horford. Horford is out again tonight so he should see around those minutes again tonight.

De’Anthony Melton ($3,900 DK / $4,100 FD) vs. Milwaukee Bucks – Ja Morant is out tonight with an injury and even if he does not start tonight he should see his minutes in the 20-25 range.

Bucks at Memphis Grizzlys – Giannis is currently listed on the injury report after missing last game with a quad tendon issue. If he sits again, I’m going straight back to the “priced for Giannis playing” Bucks.
