Happy Wednesday! Man, this week has been a tough week for me. Fighting a damn cold and of course the AC went out in my classroom yesterday. Try having to deal with 31 crying 5 th graders complaining about the damn AC being out….frustrating. Anyways, we have a nice slate today with a ton of nice value arms that I think can make this slate easier for all of us. Before I get started, make sure you are part of the free NFL room we have going right now. Tomorrow is the last day that we are offering information for free and believe me you want to be a part of what we have going this season . OK, I am
done and now let’s talk about the pitchers I like on today’s slate.

Anthony DeSclafani @Miami ($7,600 FD) ($7,800 DK)
Of course here we are talking about playing a pitcher vs Miami. Miami just isn’t a good team and of course just like every bad team they can do the unthinkable. But of course, I am not here to talk you off of DeSclafani. DeSclafani is a -150 road favorite with an implied run total against sitting at 3.28 (dropped -0.15) He has had great success vs this Miami team and I am going to continue to ride this wave until I see otherwise. DeSclafani has a strong 3.20 XFIP AND 26.2% K-Rate. I do understand the fade in GPPs if you are afraid of ownership, but he will be in all my cash lineups.

Aaron Civale @Detroit ($8,200 FD) ( $7,000 Dk)
Here we are talking about another pitcher going against a bad hitting team. I personally like what Detroit has been stringing together, but honestly they are still bad. Civale is a -182 favorite with an implied run total sitting at 3.45 (Dropped -0.2) Civale was stellar in his debut vs the Tigers and has not allowed more than two runs in his last five starts (Yankees, Mets, Twins) to name just a few teams he has pitched well against. I am leaning towards Civale has the pivot off DeSclafani in GPPs and I am not thinking twice about that.

Tanner Roark @ KC ($8,400 on both sites)

Roark has been crazy good since the A’s traded for him from Cincinnati. He has shown high upside with 20+ DK points three out of his last four outings and I believe this continues today. Kansas City isn’t a team that is awful I guess you could say, but they are pretty banged up. Roark is going into this road game a -163 favorite with an implied run total against sitting at 3.50 ( dropped -0.08) I really like Roark in this matchup and I believe he will go overlooked on this slate. Roark is a perfect gpp option and can lead to a gpp take down.

Honorable Mentions
Patrick Sandoval – He sucks on paper, but he is also a major league pitcher. He is going against a heavy lefty Texas lineup that struggles vs lefties. Sandoval is more of a fanduel play with his price being under the 6k range.
Kenta Maeda– He is going to be chalky, not a horrible play but I think you can do better.
Mike Foltynewicz- Bluejays lineup is not scary take shot in GPPS
