Happy Thursday! Last night was an awesome night for our crew! Snoop took home $800 and Justin won a nice $200, with all plays given out in the chat. Today’s slate looks great and I have some arms to help make your build easier.

Sonny Gray vs Saint Louis Cardinals ($9,800 FD/$9,100 DK)

If you know me, you know Sonny is my dog! I have been a fan since his days in Oakland. Today he has a great matchup against a Cardinals team that can strikeout quite a bit. Saint Louis all have kRates over .260 and WOBA all under .300 versus right hand pitching, and Gray should have a field day with this.

The Reds hurler is on a little streak with back to back 20+ DK scored, and I see that continuing today. He is a -152 favorite with an implied run total sitting at 3.86 which has dropped -0.03. Gray is in play in all formats

Yu Darvish at Philadelphia Phillies ($9400 FD/$9700 DK)

First of all Darvish is a -143 road favorite. His implied run total sitting at 4.01 and has dropped -0.08 since lines have dropped. Darvish has a 28.6 k% and has finally started to settle in. He has scored 20+ DK points five out of his six outings and it looks like he is becoming the pitcher the Cubs hoped they were getting. The only issue he has is the long ball, but the Phillies own a low .170 ISO. He is well worth the gamble tonight.

Andrew Heaney vs Chicago White Sox ($6,400 FD/$9,000 DK)

I’m not going to even mention him as a play for DK, but he is on FanDuel at his price. He is $6,400! Heaney is a -156 favorite, and White Sox implied team run total is sitting at 3.60 (dropped -0.07). The lefty owns a 26.9 K% and the strikeout upside is there. I like this play on FanDuel, if you’re looking to punt.

Julio Teheran vs New York Mets ($9,100 FD/$8,600 DK)

Teheran is a -122 favorite with an implied run total sitting at 4.85. Julio is a riskier option, but I still think he has the upside to get it done. He has 20+ DK points in two out of his last three outings and he is facing the Mets at home, where he pitches much better. The run total could scare you off, but I’m not afraid to go this route.

Honorable mentions

Alex Young

Michael Pineda (pricey, good match up)

Aaron Sanchez (has good history against Oakland, import series for both teams)

Make sure you give me a follow on Twitter @VGo07 and @DFSheadquarters. We are offering free preseason information, link is on our page. If you want to see all premium stuff it will cost you $7 a week, $15 a month, $40 for 3 months. You’re pretty much paying .50 cents a day! Good luck!
